What's included with each package?

Rental period and extension pricing
All packages include a minimum rental period of 1 week.
If you need the boxes for longer, you can extend your rental at the package’s daily or weekly extension rate.
• Basic Package: £13/day or £44/week *
• Medium Package: £17/day or £59/week *
• Large Package: £20/day or £74/week *
(* - Late returns are charged at the applicable daily extension rate for your package)
Delivery and collection zones
A one-time fee for both delivery and collection applies based on your location.
(* - Delivery and collection are scheduled at checkout, and the customer must be present at both)
Operational fee schedule
To keep deliveries, collections, and box availability running smoothly, the following operational fees may apply.
• Late-stage cancellation fee (Less than 24 hours’ notice): £30
• Excessive soiling / Extra cleaning required on return: £40
• Damaged or lost box: £30 per box
• Damaged or lost dolly: £70 per dolly
• Late Returns: Charged at the daily extension rate for the chosen package
• Customer no-show / failed handover:
Your driver will wait for 20 minutes at delivery or collection.
If you fail to appear during that time, any of the following charges may be incurred;
• The full price of the rental contract
• Additional delivery charges
• Late / Overdue return fees
